The user can remove from inventory and then browse the DataStore and delete the files. Using vsphere web client the same user has the "Delete from Disk" greyed out.
Using standard vsphere client a user has the ability to delete VMs. there are no running task, snapshots are removed. Vmotion work because I have migrated some VM already to other hosts. but now I need to remove some VM on another host and migrate option is grayed out, option remove from disk and remove from inventory are also grayed out. I have several host in cluster a vMotion work.
